A Note Before You Order

At Gather, we pour care and attention into every product we offer. Before completing your purchase, we kindly ask you to review your order carefully — including size charts, product descriptions, and photos. Because our warehouse is based in China, we are unable to accommodate returns for sizing issues or personal preference. International return logistics would create unnecessary burden on both sides, and we want to be upfront about that rather than make promises we can't keep.

When We Do Accept Returns

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives with a genuine quality defect — such as a manufacturing fault, broken hardware, or significant damage — please reach out to us and we will make it right.

To raise a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 419649711@qq.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation — at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered

  • Sizing or fit issues (please measure carefully before ordering)
  • Exchanges for a different size — all sales are final on sizing
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences
  • Items that have been worn or used

No Size Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for size differences. As our products ship internationally from China, we are unable to process size-based exchanges. Please refer to our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days. We'll sort it out for you promptly.
