Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligible Items Most items are eligible for return, including jewelry, accessories, bags, clothing, and shoes — provided they meet the condition requirements above.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders (High-End Customization pieces)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@gather.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges We're happy to assist with exchanges for a different size or style. Please contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
